【Recommended Weight/Size】 We recommend choosing a weighted blanket that weighs 10% of your body weight. If you are new to using weighted blankets, we suggest starting with a lighter one to try first. It may take 2 to 7 days to get accustomed to the weight. For example, a 60x80 inches weighted blanket weighing 20 lbs is suitable for adults. This weighted blanket is much smaller than a standard blanket, so please refer to our size chart to select the appropriate one.

To solve this issue, we have double-wrapped threads to make the sewing around the heavy blanket firmer, and filled it with 0.8-1 mm non-toxic, hypoallergenic glass beads, ensuring that the beads will not shift to other areas during use.

【Care Attention & Customer Service】 The weighted blanket is machine-washable on a gentle cycle in cold water and should be air-dried. Hand washing is better. Tumble dry on a low setting or line dry. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach. If you have any problems with the weighted blanket, please contact us, and we will provide customer service 24 hours a day. The heavy blanket is not recommended for children under 3 years old or pregnant women, and you should not cover your face with the blanket.
